Jeremy Rabago firmly believes in resilience, consistency, and patience as the foundation for achieving a healthy and active lifestyle.
He completed his Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney, gaining valuable experience in both public and private healthcare settings. Through consulting clients and working across musculoskeletal and acute hospital wards, he developed a strong foundation in injury management and rehabilitation.
An avid athlete, Jeremy has completed a half-marathon and is currently training for Hyrox 2025. He is passionate about pushing his limits and optimizing performance while balancing his interests in weightlifting and bouldering. With a background in basketball and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, he understands the challenges of training and injury recovery firsthand.
